Tigín (pronounced ti-geen) is Gaelic for "small home" or "cottage." Inspired by the environment of the Irish cottage, we've created something that encompasses modern amenities and traditional values—a place for the traveler to find comfort.
In 1996, a small group of Irish entrepreneurs came to the U.S. and started Tigín with the goal of bringing the best of Dublin pubs to the U.S. That goal stands firm today as we tell the story of Ireland's passion for great food and drink, sports and hospitality.

This is one of the best restaurants in Stamford. I love coming here for their fish tacos and wedged fries. The best place to catch a football game. Their wings are really good too.
Nice, comfortable Irish bar/restaurant. Very inviting with indoor and outdoor seating.Four of us stopped in for drinks. Sat at a bar table. Bartender was super. Quite friendly and helpful. Beer was good and cold. Drinks served quickly.
The seasonal cocktails here are amazing. The London Fog Old fashioned is *chefs kiss*. My favorite app here is def the fish tacos. The fish is always crunchy, yet flaky on the inside. Not too spicy, which is always great for me. And the salmon bites add a fresh touch to the menu. We had a question about a charge on our bill for a drink. A manager was able to explain the difference between a short and tall drink and was very helpful. Def a great place to come and have a few drinks on the patio!
